Storage type, capacity, performance requirements, and availability are reviewed before quotation and provisioning.
Self-managed by default
You control the operating system and workload. Management, monitoring, patching, and backup administration are included only when quoted.
India-hosted infrastructure
The requested configuration is fulfilled using upstream Indian cloud infrastructure, subject to capacity and the confirmed order.

Scale through planned resource upgrades
Start with the resources your workload needs today and ask HubforHost to coordinate supported increases as demand grows. A change may require a revised quote, payment, restart, maintenance window, or migration. Storage reduction may not be technically available.
This is request-based scaling. Automatic scaling, uninterrupted resizing, and a fixed completion time are not included unless a written order expressly says so.

Your data remains yours
Customer ownership with supported access
You retain ownership of the files, applications, databases, virtual machine images, configurations, logs, backups, and other content placed in your service account, subject to applicable law and third-party rights. Hosting or processing that content does not transfer its ownership to HubforHost or its infrastructure providers.
HubforHost can coordinate initial access, authorised credential resets, connectivity troubleshooting, and upstream escalation. Access is limited to what is available under your confirmed order. HubforHost may access or facilitate access only where reasonably necessary for authorised support, provisioning, security or abuse investigation, service protection, or legal compliance.

Approximate requirements are fine. HubforHost will validate the workload, access method, resource sizing, management boundary, and current upstream availability before issuing an order.
VM Server payments are non-refundable.
Cancellation stops future renewal but does not create a pro-rata refund for unused prepaid time. Review the Refund & Cancellation Policy before submitting.
