What is the subscription lifecycle, and what happens to my data if renewal payment is delayed?
We provide an enterprise data safety net to eliminate fear of accidental data loss. Every subscription operates on a 30-day prepaid cycle. If an invoice is overdue, you receive a 3-Day Grace Period during which all S3 endpoints and APIs continue operating normally with zero disruption. Following the grace period, your account enters a 60-Day Safe Data Retention state where access is suspended but all stored data remains securely retained and encrypted. Paying the invoice plus a standard daily pro-rata retention fee (Monthly Tier Price ÷ 30 × elapsed days) immediately restores full read/write access. Stored data is only permanently deleted after 60 continuous days of non-renewal.
