In the right pane (Remote site), double click public_html. This is your primary website root.

Creating Folders and Files
Right-click anywhere in the empty space of the remote directory and choose 'Create directory' or 'Create new file'.

Setting File Permissions (CHMOD)
Right-click a file or folder and select 'File permissions...'. Standard secure hosting permissions are 755 for folders and 644 for files.
