Inspect the Transfer Queue
The bottom pane shows Queued files, Failed transfers, and Successful transfers. If an upload disconnects, right-click the Failed Transfers tab and select 'Reset and requeue all'.

Enable Concurrent Transfers
In FileZilla Settings > Transfers > Maximum simultaneous transfers, set the value to 4 to speed up batch uploads.
